At Lounest Shop, we carefully prepare and process every order to ensure your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.

1. Processing and Preparation Times

All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday) after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

During periods of high order volume, product launches, promotions, or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

We currently offer shipping within the United States with tracking information provided for eligible orders.

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is approximately 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination and carrier.

Delivery estimates are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, high shipping volumes, or circumstances outside our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and, where available, a link to track your shipment.

Tracking information may take up to 48–72 hours after dispatch to become active in the carrier's system.

If you have not received tracking information within 72 hours of your order being dispatched, please check your spam or junk folder and contact our customer support team at support@lounest-shop.com.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on eligible orders.

Any applicable shipping charges, taxes, or other fees will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@lounest-shop.com.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address before the order is dispatched. However, once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to modify the delivery address.

Lounest Shop is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your shipment is significantly delayed, appears to be lost, or is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us at support@lounest-shop.com.

We will work with the relevant carrier to investigate the shipment and, where applicable, submit a claim.

Depending on the circumstances and the outcome of the carrier investigation, we may provide a replacement shipment, refund, or another appropriate solution.

7. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lounest-shop.com and provide your order number together with photographs or video showing the condition of the package and the products.

This information helps us investigate the issue with the carrier and determine the appropriate resolution.

8. Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control

Lounest Shop is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, public holidays, customs or regulatory issues, incorrect address information, or other unforeseen events.

We will nevertheless make reasonable efforts to assist you and communicate with the carrier when necessary.
